What is The Same Boat?
The Same Boat is the chosen name of a message, book and online political discussion platform.
The Same Boat message is that the American nation can no longer afford to remain utterly divided politically and that ending the political divisiveness depends on a revival of Virtue Centered Leadership with a strong emphasis on our common national interests, common values, common principles, common goals, common knowledge, common decency and common sense.
The Same Boat Project – 2024 was a road trip and interview tour from Austin to Boston and back whereby I interviewed dozens of Americans on both sides of the political spectrum on camera for The Same Boat documentary and research for The Same Boat book. The documentary itself has taken a backseat to my priority of finishing the book first. Some clips are available under updates.
The Same Boat book is the guide to heal the divide, which will be in HTML and PDF format at www.thesameboat.com and should be finished and available in print before the end of 2025.
The Same Boat website is the online platform where The Same Boat message and book are published, discussed, supported, improved and disseminated.
